The PRIDE OF THE LIONS Basketball Pep Band performs for the Penn State Nittany Lions and Lady Lions basketball teams in the 15,000 seat Bryce Jordan Center. The band travels to Big Ten and NCAA basketball tournaments.

Pride of the Lions instrumentation includes piccolos, flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets, mellophones, trombones, baritones, sousaphones and percussion. Openings are available for 2-4 electric bass players also. The band program can provide mellophones, baritones, sousaphones, percussion and electric bass for students enrolled in Pride of the Lions basketball pep bands.
